Job duties: Design and develop computer software architecture and program for medical practice management solution utilizing C, C++ and VC++ languages, and develop back end software using Oracle or SQL. Design, develop and integrate electronic medical record module, electronic claims processing module, electronic prescription module with interface to pharmacy, and Web based management solution. Integrate hardware with developed software using Assembly language to integrate Smart Card Reader with personal computer USB port. Evaluate interface between hardware and software and operational performance requirement of overall program.

Define design specification and parameters. Analyze software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. Formulate and direct software testing procedures, programming and documentation. Consult with customer concerning maintenance of software solution and coordinate installation of software solution.

Minimum requirement: Bachelor’s degree or foreign academic equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, and two years of work experience as software engineer required.
